Mission Statement
It is the mission of the Main Street Farmers’ Market to:
- Be a hub of activity and thereby enliven the downtown commercial district.
- Promote a sense of community within the town.
- Bring fresh, local food items to the public.
- Provide local farmers and producers a place to sell their goods.
Main Street Farmers’ Market is located in the 200 block of Main Street, between Gilmer Street and Davis Street, in downtown Sulphur Springs, Texas.
The market is open
Every Saturday, Rain or Shine
8 a.m. to 2 p.m.,
March 21 through October 17th.
From the North
Come in Southbound on TX-19, continue on Church Street/TX-154. Turn right at Jefferson Street and follow it around the downtown square, past Connally Street, the second right is the Main Street Farmers Market.
From the South
From I-30, cruise North on Gilmer Street/TX-11/TX-154. Continue until it ends at Jefferson Street, turn left from the left lane and follow it around the beautiful Hopkins County Courthouse, past Connally Street, the second right is the Main Street Farmers Market.
Main Street is blocked off from traffic between Gilmer and Davis. Free parking is available in and all around the downtown square area.
