Here is a recipe that I picked up when I worked at Whole Foods Market. This is great with tortilla chips, grilled fish or shrimp. Some items you can get at the market, some you cannot, but it is a great summer salsa!Mango SalsaI large can of crushed pineapple or 1 freah pineapple peeled, cored and chopped (I use fresh) 2 Large Mangos, peeled, cored and chopped 1-2 jalapeno's chopped and seeded ( depending on the heat you like) 1 medium finely chopped purple onion 4-5 stems fresh cilantro destemmed and the leaves finely chopped salt and black pepper to taste.Put all in glass or plastic bowl. Let macerate in the fridge a couple of hours. The longer it sits the better it gets! WARNING: This salsa is ADDICITING!

OkieDokie!
Here is a recipe that I picked up when I worked at Whole Foods Market.
